Free initial telephone consultation
It’s really important that you’re completely happy with your choice of therapy – and of course, with the person who’s helping, supporting you. I offer a free initial telephone conversation of up to 20 minutes, which is an opportunity for you to find out more about my approach, and ask any questions, so you know how it will work for you.
I’ll also ask you about your goals so I can tell you whether I have the right training for your needs. So, if you want to move forwards with your goals, you can be assured that I will be clear and upfront about whether it will be beneficial for you to work with me.
Therapy session fees
This is usually discussed over an initial telephone conversation. I charge on a sliding scale, dependant on the format of the session (individual, couple, family, groups).
I work on 50 minutes sessions for individual therapy, 60 minutes for couple and family therapy. A longer session can be arranged upon request.
Methods of payment
All major cards accepted, cash, cheque or bank transfers.
I aim to be as flexible as possible for people with busy schedules, whilst balancing this with the value of a consistent space for you.
Wherever it’s possible for me to do so, you are free to arrange sessions at varying times of the week, which is helpful if you have extra commitments, as it means you can still make time for your personal development.
Of course, if it’s easier on your time management to have a consistent space to stay on track with your goals, you can secure a regular space for yourself with advance bookings of your choice.
In order for me to offer good flexibility in a viable way, if you choose to fully cancel a session – rather than re-arrange, my policy is to charge the full session fee for less than 48 working hours notice.
